You can make this dessert each time with different fruit sauce, depends on the season. It's my favourite month, strawberries are here! So... I couldn't resist to share with you my favourite cheesecake recipe with a quick strawberry sauce. If you love cheesecake you are on the right website...

Wish I could give you a jar just to smell it... You will love this recipe. It's light and so yummy
Ingredients for 6 jars:
For the base:
200 gr biscuits of your choice
80 gr melted butter
lemon zest
For the cream:
250 gr cream cheese
50 gr heavy cream
lemon zest
4 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp hiney
vanilla
For the sauce:
1tbsp honey
300 gr strawbrries
1 shot liquer
1. Beat the bisuits until to be almost finley ground and add the melted butter in a bowl
2. Mix them well and add the lemon zest. Add 2 1/2 tbsp to each jar and put it in the fridge
3. With a mixer, beat the cream cheese, lemon zest, honey and heavy cream and vanilla until completely combined
4. Then, add the yogurt and mix with a spatula
5. Remove the jars from the refrigerator and add with a spoon the cream filling
Smooth the surface with a spoon and put it back in the refrigerator
6. Cut few strawberries and put them in a saucepan for 3-4' and add 1 tbsp honey
7. Then, add the liquer and take it off form the fire, when its completely cold add on top of your cheesecake
